'Shroomie!

One of our more unusual and more exciting Christmas gifts is starting to come to life!

Take a look:

It's the 'Shroomie, from the Lost Creek Shiitake Mushroom Farm. That's just three days, Jan. 28-30. On the 27th there was just a small bud (pin?). Tomorrow? Who knows, but it looks like time to find some mushroom recipes!
