filibuster? yes!

well, I wasn't a huge Kerry booster in '04 (though I certainly hoped he'd win), but this I just love: John Kerry's Filibuster Alito statement from the Daily Kos blog

as I see it, Alito's views (particularly w/respect to issues of presidential authority) threaten the integrity of our country

besides which, there's nothing to lose: going along w/the administration hasn't done a shred of good, so I say it's time to just bring the whole thing to a stand-still

plus, it'd be great tv
